We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your Resolve account and all associated data, please follow the steps below. For your security, account deletion requests are processed manually by our support team.
How to Request Account Deletion
- 1 Find your User ID. Open the Resolve app → tap your profile avatar → Settings → scroll to "Backend Profile" → copy your User ID. Your account email is also shown here.
- 2 Send us a deletion request. Compose an email to the address below with the required information. Use the template provided for fastest processing.
- 3 We'll confirm within 48 hours. Our team will verify your identity, process the deletion, and send you a confirmation email once complete.

Thank you.What Data Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
- Your account profile and authentication credentials
- Journal entries, mood logs, and personal reflections
- AI chat conversations and coaching history
- Community posts and interactions
- App preferences, settings, and notification tokens
- Any uploaded profile photos
What Data May Be Retained
Certain limited data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Transaction and payment records (retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance)
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to your identity
- Support correspondence related to your deletion request (retained for 90 days)
How Long Deletion Takes
We aim to process all deletion requests within 48 hours of receiving your email. In some cases, it may take up to 30 days for all data to be fully purged from backups and cached systems. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted.
