Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Resolve Solutions, LLC ("Resolve," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Resolve mobile application, the website at getresolveai.app, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Account Registration

• You may create an account using Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Description of Service

Resolve is an AI-powered self-help and wellness companion designed to support personal growth through mood tracking, journaling, AI-guided coaching, community engagement, and personalized insights. The Service includes but is not limited to:

• Mood tracking with multi-factor assessments and statistics.
• Voice journaling with AI autocorrect, organized by AI.
• AI companion (@Lotus) providing personalized guidance at Guided, Balanced, and Expert feedback levels.
• Voice chat with AI for hands-free interaction.
• AI-powered Insight cards for pattern discovery, goals, and mindfulness resources.
• Private Spaces for connecting with friends, family, and professionals.
• Community and Local Community Spaces with moderation.
• Sleep sounds, breathing exercises, and calming soundscapes.
• Badge system for celebrating milestones.

4. Important Disclaimers — Not Medical Advice

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR SELF-HELP, WELLNESS, AND PERSONAL GROWTH PURPOSES ONLY. RESOLVE IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE, THERAPY SERVICE, OR SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.

• The AI companion (@Lotus) provides general self-help guidance — not clinical, therapeutic, or medical advice.
• Mood tracking and insights are for personal awareness only and should not be used for self-diagnosis.
• Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical or mental health condition.
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or received through the Service.
• If you are in crisis or experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

5. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms.
• Post or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other accounts, systems, or networks.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or interact with the Service.
• Provide medical, clinical, or therapeutic advice to other users in community spaces.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create through the Service, including journal entries, mood logs, and community posts ("User Content"). By posting User Content in community or shared spaces, you grant Resolve a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating the community features.

• You are solely responsible for your User Content.
• Private content (journal entries, mood logs, private space posts) is never shared publicly by Resolve.
• We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.
• You may delete your User Content at any time. Deleting your account removes all associated data within 30 days.

7. Community Spaces & Moderation

Community Spaces and Local Community Spaces allow users to connect and share experiences. These spaces are moderated by both AI and human moderators to maintain a safe, supportive environment.

• Users earn trust levels through positive participation.
• Moderators may remove content or restrict users who violate community guidelines.
• Resolve is not responsible for content posted by users in community spaces.
• Do not share personally identifying information (full name, address, phone number) in public community spaces.
• Report any harmful or inappropriate content using the in-app reporting features.

8. Access & Availability

Resolve is currently free to use with full access to all features. We reserve the right to modify available features and access with reasonable notice to users.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Resolve Solutions, LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. RESOLVE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RESOLVE SOLUTIONS, LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Resolve Solutions, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in the United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify you via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Resolve Solutions, LLC regarding your use of the Service. Any failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
